Look prettier...?

Q: okay, i am a 13 year old girl. I was wondering if anyone has ideads on how to be... well, prettier. i'm not conceited about my looks or anything, and i think i'm okay looking, i was just looking for anytips. for instance: i recently stopped straighteneing my hair b/c it was getting damaged, but it's a little wavy and thic. how to smooth it out without a flat iron? also, any makeup tips are appreciated. i have blue eyes and tan(ish) skin... thanks!

A: first of all, clear skin, hair, nails and clothes are ALWAYS a must. the ugliest person could look 10 times better when they look neat. starting with skin: you should wash your face with clean&clear twice a day. it works wonders and it's pretty cheap. you can buy it at drugstores for about $4. hair: put olive oil in your hair [AMAZING repair of split ends] while it is dry. rub it into the roots at the ends. let it sit for about 30 minutes, then wash it out and wash with shampoo/conditioner as you usually would. after your hair has dried a LITTLE and is still damp, use Aussie Oppisote Attract - Styling Mousse. it comes in a purple bottle and it's 4$. after you put in some of that [not a lot!] braid your hair and spray it lightly with Tresemme No frizz/ultra light Shine Spray. it smooths and flattens too-thick hair. it's at drugstores for about $4. nails: regularly trim your nails and always apply clear coats of polish to make them look perfect and natural. if you feel like adding color, i recommend using Sephora nail polish. it's long lasting, vibrant, and $2. to remove dead skin around the nail beds, use tweezers and antibacterial ointment. makeup: for your skin/complexion, apply e.l.f. powder evenly all over, to give your skin a flawless/airbrushed yet natural look. it's the best powder out there and it's mineral, meaning it won't damage your skin. it's $5 on www.eyeslipsface.com for your eyes, i recommend wearing Maybelline liquid liner [$5,drugstores] on your top lids, only. start thin at the inner corners and gradually make it a bit thicker on the outer for a dramatic flair. you can add mascara, but it is not necessary. Rimmel LashBlast XXXL mascara is $6 and absolutely amazing! for your lips, i recommend a light pink lipgloss. the brand doesn't really matter, and light pink looks good on everyone!
