Q: does the neutrogena mineral sheer powder foundation really work as a foundation, or does it work as a powder??
A: It works great! It really veens out your skin tone but the coverage is very sheer. I have been using it for months. I strongle encourage you to buy some. They have great shades. It's also fairly cheap. X0X0 3LL3 :D
