Q: What are some stores I can find oil-blotting sheets at?
A: Honestly hun they are selling them everywhere now. You can buy them at C.V.S. , Target, Sephora, The Body Shop. You can even get free samples and plenty more. There a few tricks that I have learned to replace them: 1.) You can use the toilet covers, ya know the ones they have at public places. 2.) (just like the thing the girl above said) You can use hair roller sheets. There a lot of replicas of them! Good Luck!!! :)
