Q: Please share any secret make up solutions to preventing shine through out the day without having to reapply any on, such as press powder--which ive tried, it just cakes it on. MAC isnt an option
A: Your face is shiny because you have oily skin. You can use an oil-control powder instead of the MAC pressed powder you were using before. Maybelline is a good choice. Just brush the powder on to make your face matte. If that doesn't work, try Neutrogena Pore Refining Mattifier Shine Control Gel. It absorbs the oil and works all day long - you never have to reapply it! You just put some on under your makeup, and the good thing is that it doesnt clog your pores. Hope this helps! :D
