Q: Hello, I know all about UDPP, Mac paints and pots, and Ulta. But, I can't really afford any of that right now, and I don't have an ulta store near me. So, can you plz recommend a eye shadow base/primer? I read that L 'reol De Crease is not good either.... Thx in advance!
A: I've heard that white eyeliner is a great base. I tried ChapStick once because I heard that it was a good base but, although the colors ended up beautiful, it creased really easily. So I say try white eyeliner. You can get it for really cheap at a drug store or grocery store or something.
