Q: what brands are the best eyeliners? thanks! :)
A: go on sephora. i love love love their stuff. all of their stuff is really good quality and a lot of it isn't too bad priced and if it is it is most definitely worth it. okay so my favorites are Kat Von D Autograph Eyeliner it is like liquid eyeliner but it is amazing. then the best eyeliner i think it TheBalm Pick-Up Liners there are three colors., gray brown and black and they work great!
