A: Just think of it like drawing. If you want eyeliner on your top and lower lids, trace along the outside of your eye all the way around. On your lower lid you have to go in that space between you lower eyelashes and your eye and below them to. Don't go to heavy though! Its really hard at first but after practicing by yourself at home or something it becomes really easy. Oh, also start with a eyeliner pencil and dont switch to liquid or gel until you become more experienced. Just practice! Hope this helps! (:
