A: Since she has pale skin and a nice complexion, she doesn't really need cover-up or any skin-fixing makeup. Since her eyes are light, she should avoid heavy black eyeliner unless shes going out. Otherwise, she should work with brown eyeliner and black mascara or minimal black eyeliner and black mascara. She should only apply a little on the top lashline and a little on the bottom lashline. Mascara should be applied tastefully and with the amount she thinks suits her best. A sweep of light shimmery eyeshadow is OK for day to day. For lips, she can try light shiny lipgloss or, just chapstick!
