Q: How would you go about starting a cosmetics line? Like what would be the best and most cheapest way to do it? And how do you make your own cosmetics, or do you have someone else do that? Any Suggestions???
A: Try to contact other american cosmetic lines and ask them for they're leftover products, (from last season) and sell them to other countries (because they wont have it).
