Q: my left eye has no makeup or eyeliner. my right eye has eyeliner on top and bottom lid. http://i36.tinypic.com/oscxlf.png which looks better? with or without? and things i should do to make it look better?! thanks
A: I think it looks really nice either way, but I like it WITH the eyeliner. It makes your eyes look really bold. I would try an earthy eyeshadow and apply it as if it were eyeliner, on your bottom lashline and put a darker color in the corners of your eyes and hiding into your top lashline. Pretty eyes!
