A: I would say yes but you would have to be very very careful not to apply to much because it can go from classy to trashyin an instant. i would recomend a very thin line on the upper eye lid right above your lash line with a hint of mascara. and maybe a light eye shadow to compliment your gorgeous eyes :-)
