Q: my make up smears no matter what i use and how i put it (eyeliner) any tips
A: try water proof eyeliner, it will keep from smearing. As for the applying the eyeliner just trace the natural lash line with the eye pencil. And just smudge it if it isn't perfect. Just keep trying you'll get the hang of it in time. If not go to the nearest mall and have one of the make up girls do it for you.
