Q: Okay I can put liquid eyeliner on my top lid. Straight lines, thin lines, thick lines, wings, whatever. I have a pretty steady hand. just, I was wondering how to do this http://i37.tinypic.com/wujxuq.jpg I cannot have it all the way around without looking like I just drew circles around my eyes! maybe I just can't because my eyes aren't as large as hers...? videos, tutorials something to help. I love this look. you know I was looking at it, and it's a small picture but... I kind of think she drew her eyeliner on with photoshop! hahaha I know this girl (well go to school with her) and have NEVER seen her with all this eyeliner on... but thanks for the tips, I'll try them tomorrow :)
A: I use pencil and liquid on my bottom eye lid, however if you're afraid of the liquid leaking into your eye, I recommend MAC's cream eyeliner. It's maybe a little more expensive then most eyeliners ($11 at Wal-mart) but the container is fairly big and the eyeliner lasts all day. And it comes with its own slanted brush which is pretty nifty. You can smear it right onto your bottom eye lid and not have to worry about it burning or anything.
