Q: Because I bought one from target. 10.99 one and it plumped a little. But its goes away in 20 minutes so i dont like it. What lasts about 1 hour or more?? anyone
A: personally i already have pretty big lips. but when i go out to parties or clubs or w.e and i want them bigger i take a dried tooth brush and i brush it on my lips just like i would if i were brushing my teeth. it irritates my lips and makes them swollen.. then i add a lip liner thats a little bit darker then my natural lip color and then press a napkin or toilet paper to get off any access lip liner.. then i put a little bit of lip gloss over that and it makes my lips sooooo much bigger ! this should work for you or anyone else hope i helped !
