Q: Soo, I just got liquid eyeliner and I was wondering if you're supposed to put it on your bottom eye lid. Cause I've heard it burns. Or is like only pencil lineer supposed to go on the bottom. Thanks(:
A: Ive had a liquid eyeliner before too and it only burns if the eyeliner gets into your eye. What I like to do is pull the bottom of my eye down a little just like your putting on regular eyeliner. Then after I line my eye with the liquid eyeliner I continue to hold it down and fan it dry. Then it wont become lose in your eye so it wont burn. I know it sounds wierd and kind of painful but trust me it works. If you have any questions you can just send me a message. :)
