Q: I need something different to do with practically my whole style. I am overall, an Artist. That is my favorite hobby, and everything. I'm trying to go for kind of an 'artist motif' style. Here's a description of me: ~Face Shape: Heart (at least that's what people have told me) And high cheekbones. ~Eyes A standard shape, dark dark dark dark dark dark brown eyes, and somewhat 'long-ish' eyelashes ~Skintone: Naturally Tan ~Ethnicity: Indian (and proud!) ~Skin (overall): sometimes get pimples (And when i do, they are huge ones) Most of the time, i have barely noticeable bumps. ~Hair: Extremely Dark Brown; brown in the light; about below my chest; normally wavy and in a high ponytail, sometimes out; side bangs, 3/4 on one side and 1/4 on the other side ~Weight Etc.: Very, extremely skinny. And no, I'm not anorexic. Its just my genes. (And if you hoard me about it, I WILL get ticked off) And very petite. Okay, so now that you know that, do you have any idea what kind of clothes should I wear, hair styles, etc. etc. Right now, my wardrobe at home mainly consists of jeans and a big t-shirt or an aero shirt. So, Thanks Alot!
A: you sound really pretty! im jealous ;) well your face and skin seem fine for hair, you could trim it shorter so it hits a a little below shoulder length or above. you're petite, so long hair can overwhelm your body shape. a shorter cut would look alot cuter...something like these http://www.beauty-box.jp/style/short/190.html http://www.beauty-box.jp/style/medium/240.html http://www.beauty-box.jp/style/medium/236.html http://www.beauty-box.jp/style/medium/180.html for clothes, im petite too! :) try some light wash skinny jeans (no dark wash--its slimming, so you'll like a stick) and slightly flared jeans (to give your legs some shape) avoid bootleg jeans--too baggy and they'll make you look scrawny, and wide leg pants which are only meant for tall people--you'll look like you're drowning in them... pretty much any top would look good on us! babydolls (the ones that cinch below the bust and then flare out) are really flattering, b/c they give us the impression of curves, and you can balance them out with some skinny jeans. horizontal stripes give curves too. tank tops and tees are all good, and layering them will look cute too. they can be form fitting, but not so tight. you can get away with low v-necks since you probably have a small bust, and they'll bring attention to your neck and chest. you can definitely wear skirts and shorts--even miniskirts and shortshorts look good since we're short and we won't look slutty in them! good for summer, and hanging out :) flats work work for casual and dressy outfits, wedges are very cute for spring and summer, and heels (especially classic black ones) will look good and make you taller. oh, and for an artsy look, you can try some florals and unique patterns, and maybe a boho style. since you have a natural tan, just some subtle liner and gloss will really enhance your appearance! hope that helped!
