Q: So, I am attending a 1940's theme party. I saw a music video the other day where one of the preformers (usher) was wearing basicly what I am. A hat, vest, and slacks. But he had on these arm bands that look so good with the outfit! I need to know what these arm bands are called! the video was Beyonce - "Naughty Girl" My girl was watching it. But if you can take a look for yourself and tell me!?
A: I'm not sure if the official name is sleeve garters - you should be able to find them in finer men's clothing stores or in gambler fancy dress outfit
