Q: Ok I need some help here. I am getting a jacket for my friend who is 6'0 and 160 ibs. He's very fit, six pack abs and slim. He says he wears small or medium but on this NIke sizing chart(I don't know his chest size) for 6'0 men it's a Large. Should I get a large to be on the safe side or medium? A: i would get a large, becuase nike tends to run a little small. and a large will be longer than a medium, which is good since he's tall. hop i helped =)
