A: Okay I first want to say that if you are looking for a good pair of heels, you are NEVER going to find any that are 30 dollars and under for the shoes AND shipping. So some are a little bit more...but it iwon't hurt if you spend and extra $1-12 dollars...will it??? Anyways I took forever searching, but i finally found some good pairs.
