A: extra high? i don't believe they sell them in kid sizes. edit: i just tried on the website; you can custom make extra high top converse into a size as small as a 3 (in converse sizing, so in regular shoe sizing it would be about a size 5). http://www.converse.com/index.aspx?mode=c1#c1
